Meet January’s Employee of the Month

Laikin Russell has been working at the winery for a few years now. We are so lucky to have her on our team! She attended Eastern Washington University, but is now taking classes at Bellevue College and eventually transferring to Washington State University. Laikin is aspiring to become an event planner. She really enjoys working weddings and plated dinners at the winery. Her favorite memory from working here was watching all the guys on the event staff do the Cupid Shuffle behind the bar during a wedding. Laikin’s favorite part about working at Novelty Hill-Januik is getting to work weddings and be a part of someone’s special day. She really enjoys helping the couples make it all happen.
