Slow down the pace of your weekend tasting and take time to enjoy a handmade, oven-fired pizza served Friday – Sunday. Tapas are also offered intermittently throughout the year; and in the fall and winter, Sunday Suppers are a popular weekly repast. Relying on local, sustainable ingredients, including organic fruits and vegetables from nearby Oxbow Farm as well as the winery’s on-site garden, chef Megan Hartz leads our in-house culinary team. Her fresh, creative menus showcase how complementary food and wine pairings work together to enhance flavors and textures.
