Relying on local, sustainable ingredients, including organic fruits and vegetables from nearby Oxbow Farm as well as the winery’s on-site garden, chef Seth Fernald leads our in-house culinary team.  His fresh, creative menus showcase how complementary food and wine pairings work together to enhance flavors and textures.
