Our skilled Wine Educator will take your guests through a flight of 3 wines and explain the characteristics of each and how they differ. Learn about the styles and history of local Washington wines, food and wine pairing, and how to navigate a restaurant’s wine list. This workshop includes:

Team Taste Test
$25 per person
Our Wine Educator will explain wine characteristics and how to identify specific grape varieties, then guests divide into teams and work together to put their new- found skills to work. Each team is presented with three wines to taste blind. Team members can use only one sense to describe the wine, then the team collaborates to guess the wine type. The program includes:

The ABCs of Pairing Food & Wine

The perfect addition to a seated dinner! Our Wine Educator will take your guests through your menu and explain wine pairing selections. Fun and educational, this activity can also be customized to showcase pairings with small bites. This workshop includes:
