Novelty Hill • Januik offers guests opportunities for hands-on learning through cooking classes, wine appreciation seminars and culinary events. Its unique architectural and landscape design includes a demonstration kitchen, intimate dining spaces and outdoor entertainment areas to facilitate the exploration and enjoyment of food and wine.

Wednesday Wine’d Down Returns May 29th

Join us Wednesday evenings this summer and “wine’d down” on the patio or around the tasting bar.  The season kicks-off on Wednesday, May 29th and will return each Wednesday night from 5- 8 pm through the summer.  Enjoy live music, a delicious tasting menu created by our new chef Josh Slaughter and a variety of by-the-glass and bottle specials until 8 pm each Wednesday.  The patio closes at 9 pm.  Here’s a preview of our music line-up, with more artists to be announced soon:

May 29 – Blue Lizard Band (Classic Rock & Blues); June 5 – Kyle Stevens (singer, song-writer); June 12 – Meal Frog (Roots Rock Jam Band); June 19 – The Side Project – (Adult contemporary music and sultry pop); June 26 T J Sherrill (Singer/Songwriter)

Private Reserve Tastings

Enjoy an afternoon that begins with an insider’s barrel room tour followed by an intimate seated tasting in the Cellar Room for a selection of library and reserve wines, perfectly paired with artisan cheeses and flatbreads. (Min. 10 guests; max. 15)
