Novelty Hill • Januik was designed not only to serve as a state-of-the-art winemaking facility but also to offer guests opportunities for hands-on learning through cooking classes, wine appreciation seminars and culinary events. Its unique architectural and landscape design includes a demonstration kitchen, intimate dining spaces and outdoor entertainment areas, among other amenities, that facilitate the exploration and enjoyment of food and wine. Cooking Classes

Put our winery chef's culinary creativity to the test, and learn about impromptu cooking in your own kitchen. At the suggestion of guests, we've designed this fun, entertaining class to unfold the day of the event based on attendees' input and interest. Perfectly paired wines included, of course!

Novelty Hill's estate vineyard, Stillwater Creek, is distinguishing itself with Rhone varieties, and it's got us "revved up". Join us as we celebrate these amazing wines at a fun, casual party featuring some of our favorites: Syrah, Roussanne, Viognier and Grenache, to name a few. Wine tasting, plenty of Rhone-friendly noshing, live music and outdoor festivities, weather permitting, all included.
